The FAAA New England Chapter Committee invite you to attend their Lunch & Learn Event on Tuesday 19 August, at The Boardroom, Tamworth. 

Join your fellow members to hear from Gordon McNaught, Business Development Manager Advice, of CareSuper to discuss 'The Science of Conversation'.

Why is communication so hard? With 9 possibilities for misunderstanding, it is important for us to be very clear in our messaging. This presentation will ask you to consider why you do what you do, the role of body language, different learning styles, co-regulation and different behaviours in conversation.

CPD hours will be awarded for this event.
