2026 FAAA WA GEN NEXT: Building Your Path as an Adviser

The FAAA GEN NEXT community is excited to welcome you to an interactive panel discussion featuring accomplished financial advisers who have established themselves within the profession. The session is designed to provide insights into early‑career progression, professional development pathways, and the practical considerations involved in transitioning into an advice role.

The event will be a panel format, with speakers outlining the key factors that drew them into the profession, the challenges they've encountered, and any advice that they have for the next generation coming through. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the panel during the Q&A segment.
