Back by popular demand, the FAAA WA Inspire GROW Series returns in 2026 as a 3-Part Event Series! Led by the WA Inspire Committee, this series is dedicated to empowering women in finance, fostering leadership, and driving meaningful industry change.
With three highly anticipated sessions running from August to October 2026, the series will once again take place at the Telethon Speech and Hearing centre in Wembley.

While these sessions are focusing on women in finance, they are not exclusive to women, and all genders are welcome to participate.
Session 1: GROW your leadership skills and emotional intelligence
Lead with energy and emotional Intelligence to build the self-awareness and emotional regulation needed to perform at your best, navigate pressure, and strengthen trust with clients and colleagues.
Speaker: Alicia Curtis Alicia Curtis is an award-winning leadership facilitator, speaker, and founder of Alyceum, a leadership development organisation dedicated to helping people lead with purpose, courage, and impact. With over 20 years’ experience, Alicia has supported thousands of professionals across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors to strengthen their leadership capability through programs such as The Espresso Club, the Emerging Leaders in Governance program, and the Diverse Women's Leadership program. Alicia is also the co-founder of 100 Women, a national giving circle that has granted over $1.69 million to projects supporting women and girls globally. She has been recognised as an Western region, EY Social Entrepreneur of the Year recipient and was named in the Western Australia Women's Hall of Fame.
Session 2: Reach your potential
Reaching your potential is not a linear pathway. As each of us progress in the industry, we face various challenges that can often change the trajectory of our careers. In this session you will hear from a panel of female advisers at various stages in their careers about their journey, the challenges they faced, the success they have achieved and their personal brand evolution.
