Award-winning marketing adviser Lisa Greensill will guide you through a practical session where you'll map out your authentic digital presence using the Digital with Heart framework. This hands-on workshop helps you identify your unique edge, find your ideal community, and prioritise where to invest your energy to become the trusted voice your clients are searching for.

Our member panelists’ will discuss their lived experience in the digital market space, demonstrating how women in advice are using the digital space to educate, connect, and grow – no jargon, no hustle culture, just real results. Whether you’re an introvert who prefers solo creation, a parent needing flexibility, or simply someone who wants to scale impact without sacrificing authenticity—this workshop will help you find a digital strategy that suits you.

Amie Baker is a multi award-winning financial adviser, money coach, and founder of Rekab Advice. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, she specialises in guiding individuals and families toward long-term financial freedom through tailored advice, active investment management, and behavioural coaching.

Amie is deeply committed to building authentic client relationships and creating lasting impact through strategic financial planning. She is also the founder of Centsability, an initiative dedicated to improving financial literacy, and serves as the National Chair of Inspire at the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA), championing the advancement of women in financial advice.

Nicola Beswick is a financial adviser, mentor and confidante who empowers people to create a financially certain future free from stress and uncertainty. She is the founder of White Rabbit Advisory. A firm dedicated to providing empathetic and personalised financial planning services to help people navigate life's pivotal moments with confidence.

A multi-award-winning financial advisor, Nicola transitioned from a legal career to financial advising over 12 years ago, inspired by her own family's life-changing experience when her Dad was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Nicola is the Chair of the Pro-bono Financial Advice Network (PFAN). A network specifically focused on connecting individuals who are experiencing a health crisis, who cannot afford advice, with advisers willing to assist those in need. She is also part of the FAAA Melbourne Chapter, the Co-Chair of Inspire (Melbourne) and the Deputy Chair of Inspire (National). Nicola has completed the CFP® designation, Accredited Aged Care Professional™, and SMSF Specialist Advisor™ qualifications. Nicola is currently undertaking a Master’s in Financial Planning.

Deline is a CFP professional and the director of Mazi Wealth, a boutique financial advice firm based in Brisbane. With over 12 years’ experience as a financial adviser, Deline services professional families and single women and is passionate about providing personalised and strategic advice that empowers clients to align their financial goals with their life values.

In addition to running her business, Deline is a fierce advocate for closing the superannuation gender gap and improving financial literacy among women. Her advocacy work includes political engagement, such as participating in roundtable discussions with policymakers on issues like universal access to early childhood education and care. She also serves as the Treasurer for Women in Super QLD, contributing to the organisation’s efforts to enhance women’s financial security. With her unwavering commitment to excellence, professional development, and community impact, Deline strives to inspire more women to both seek and provide financial advice.

Dawn Thomas
Financial Adviser, The Wealth Designers
Dawn is a financial adviser, mother of three, part-time PhD student, trance music fan, hockey enthusiast, and passionate home cook. She is known in the profession for her heart-led approach to advice—building deep relationships of trust and tailoring strategies around what truly matters to her clients. A multi-award-winning adviser, Dawn was named Financial Planner of the Year at the 2025 Women in Wealth Awards. She is also the recipient of the Individual Excellence and Industry Thought Leader awards at the IFA Awards (2023), as well as the Transformation Award (2022) and Inspire Award (2019). Her impact has earned her a place in Australia's Power 50 list of most influential financial advisers.

Dawn is currently undertaking PhD research focused on the superannuation behaviours of Gen Z, driven by her passion for helping young people engage early with their financial futures. She also founded Start Well, a financial literacy initiative of The Wealth Designers, and hosts two podcasts: Start Well and Your Money Story, the latter exploring money through a feminist lens.

Lisa Greensill is a Marketing Consultant and Co-Creator of Brandover®, a creative collaboration focused on taking the bland out of financial brands. She helps financial advisers swap generic for genuine, creating brands that attract perfect-fit clients who get them, trust them, and tell their friends about them.

Lisa has spent two decades getting her hands dirty in every corner of the financial services world - from marketing support at a licensee to brand manager at a fast-growing planning practice, operations manager at a mortgage broking business, and marketing consultant. This jack-of-all-trades experience means she gets the industry inside out. In 2022, Lisa was named Independent Financial Advisers Marketing Consultant of the Year and Women in Finance Marketing Professional of the Year in Australia. With her energetic, no-nonsense approach, Lisa is leading the charge to shift how financial advisers think about branding and marketing. Trish is a passionate CFP® Financial Adviser, having worked with clients from 18 to 90 years old. With a Masters in Financial Planning, Trish brings her unique life experience into every interaction to truly understand what is important to each and every client. After almost a decade of providing holistic goals-based financial advice, in 2025 Trish pivoted to specialise in providing Insurance-Only advice to serve an ever-growing cohort of uninsured younger Australians. In her spare time, Trish chases after her three children, tends to her edible garden, cares for her chickens and bees and goes on the occasional hike.
