GLEN HARE
Co-founder & Financial Adviser, Fox & Hare Financial Advice

Glen Hare is an entrepreneur, financial adviser, cross-fitter, and D&I activist; helping young professionals achieve financial freedom. Prior to launching Fox & Hare, he was a Macquarie Banker for more than a decade! Glen honed his craft in various roles from institutional broking to wealth management, finally leaving mid-2017 as one of the youngest Directors in the company.

Diversity and inclusion sits close to his heart. During his time at Macquarie, he often found himself wondering "where are all the advisers who look like me?" Fox & Hare was launched to fill that gap. Glen saw young, diverse Australians being left behind and knew he could make a lasting and positive change. He believed (and still believe!) that financial freedom should be accessible to all - not just the older, wealthier among us.

Since launching Fox & Hare, Glen has:
  • Been voted amongst Australia's 50 most influential financial advisers (three years running!)
  • Accepted the role as a board member and Treasurer for Wear It Purple
  • Helped young rainbow Australians tackle the corporate world with Out For Australia
  • Voted Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) - 'Thought Leader of the Year'

ALISDAIR BARR
CEO & Founder, Striver

Alisdair is originally from Perth, Western Australia and after completing his final semester of his degree abroad, he found himself washing cars and picking grapes with a tertiary education! He could not find a graduate role anywhere but that didn’t stop him, he had the tenacity and drive to make it work and enrolled in a finance planning diploma. He then knocked on doors until eventually one firm let him come and make cups of tea and summarise financial documents for them.

From there he got himself a job in a boutique financial planning firm and a year later he found a job in Sydney and relocated. After 18 months he ended up in one of Australia’s largest banks and that's when things really got interesting. After nearly 10 years Alisdair was determined to make a difference in people (and businesses) lives so he left his cushy corporate career and embarked on the journey of Grad Mentor to where we are with Striver.

NATASHA STRONACH
Chief Operation Officer, Tribeca Financial

With her focus on hard work and results, it’s not surprising Natasha (Tash) has found her home at Tribeca. With more than 15 years’ experience in management consulting, professional services and high-level stakeholder management, Tash has built a respected reputation as a trusted business adviser and pragmatic problem solver.

She also shares Tribeca’s philosophy that the most positive business outcomes can only be achieved through a collaborative approach; an energy she brings in spades to her pivotal role as Chief Operating Officer.
