Session overview

As an emerging professional you would be eager to build your technical ability and strive for adviser mastery, “unconscious competence”. There is so much to learn and experience but the one thing that builds confidence more quickly is your ability to effectively communicate with people, your clients.  In growing the next generation of adviser,  you will hear about what makes for a successful Professional Year from the supervisor’s/ business owner’s perspective and the Pyer and unpack  the secrets of being a great adviser. Furthermore, you will learn about whole brain thinking and communicating effectively for your career.

Using the HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) model, the activities our expert presenter will take you through, will be engaging and fun. Delegates will visually identify with their thinking and communication preferences and see how others in the room differ to theirs.  Whether its within your business or with clients, understanding and adapting to communication bias can unlock the door to and power up, your personal and career growth.  Learn how mastering effective communication will advance your career. Why understanding yourself and how you think enables you to communicate in the workplace more effectively with your team members and clients. Intro to HBDI and how the skill of adaptability relates to this.
