Session overview

In this collaborative workshop – bringing together tech savvy practitioners, financial services tech providers and industry consultants, we will delve deeper into an assortment of technology used to support advisers in their businesses and in the delivery of advice. From marketing, engagement, client education, digital fact finds etc…. adviser tech stacks – including apps, software and AI for efficiencies will be discussed (with some demonstration), to ultimately enhance the client’s experience of advice.

As the founder of The Cyber Collective, Fraser Jack is on a mission to ensure every client can trust their financial professionals to protect their confidential information safely. He would love you to join him on this mission.

Having run a financial planning practice, working in and around the profession for over 20+ years, including many years working with technology, Fraser understands the reasonable steps professionals must take to protect client data.

Fraser brings practical insights and analogies to help Financial Professionals understand confusing, confronting and unfamiliar cyber security jargon.

Samantha has spent the last 10 years creating content that engages audiences is a 3X winner of the Mumbrella Publish Business Editor of the Year and has led Elite Agent to win Business Magazine of the Year twice – in 2016 and 2020. Sam knows marketing and client nurture strategies better than most as she has built Elite Agent from the ground up.Before real estate, Sam had 20 years of experience in high tech companies, such as Cisco, British Telecom and Optus. This was where 20+ years of technology, training experience, and studying the industry's top performers came together to create sellout AI-Powered Agents in-person workshops.

Sam has an accounting background (including Accounting Systems) and has worked in professional services with PWC. She was the first female Microsoft certified systems engineer in NSW in 1993.

Sam hosts her own podcast and is an educator and supporter to knowledge workers adding value from her specialisation in AI tools.

Tony Robbins always said that the quality of your life is dictated by the quality of your questions, and never has this been more relevant when your productivity can be supercharged through the right AI prompt at the right time. To that end, Sam is an ideal facilitator for our Technology Workshop, demo-ing a few nifty ways to use AI to enhance our businesses.
